1. Some people reported that Alli gave them diarrhea after consuming it with their regular food intake.

2. Other people said that the weight loss pill gave them gas throughout the day.

The people who experienced these effects also said that they weren’t following the Alli plan. When you buy the weight loss pill, it comes with an easy to follow plan. It’s not strict. I have no clue why the people who bought the pill didn’t follow the plan.
