Home Remedies for Tennis Elbow
1. Ice packs are indeed great home remedy for tennis elbow. You can apply ice packs over the elbow joint for 15 minutes each two to three hours. This will reduce the pain and irritation around the elbow joint area.
2. Alternating the ice packs, you should be appropriate the heat packs. This can create a comfort zone for elbow in its inflammatory condition.
3. Another one of the good home remedies for tennis elbow is potato pack. Warm and baked potatoes can be tied in a cloth and then practical over the affected area. This will reduce the pain and swelling.
