Build Your Body 4 Tips to Get Results fast
Build your body from the inside out is the sort of information that I gave an overweight friend of mine that asked me for advice. Unfortunately he was sitting on the lounge when a lose weight quick add came on TV with the promise to get six pack abs with only doing around 10 minutes a day. I had to break this to him gently that it was not going to happen this way at all and it was going to be a little more work involved to build your body from inside out.
The 4 tips to get results fast:
- A food diary is a tool that will be of benefit to anyone that wants to see results fast. This is especially an excellent aid if you need to lose weight, as a food diary will record exactly what is going in your mouth. This is one of the biggest tips to help you know why you are not losing weight. When you can look back over the entries it is surprising what unnecessary items have crept into your diet. Look also at having 5 smaller meals protein meals throughout the day rather that 3 large meals
- Ensure you have protein rich healthy breakfast every morning. The food you eat must be rich in protein to stabilize blood glucose levels to give you a feeling of fullness. By adding whole-grain breads that are the necessary carbohydrates that are needed to give your body energy. That gives energy to your body. It helps in building muscle quickly. Having proteins alone will not be sufficient. A balanced diet should be a balanced with a variety of fruits, vegetables, meat and grains. Remember portion control.
- Water is vital ingredient for maintaining energy levels. You should drink 8 to 12 glasses of water every day. It is also essential to take a rest after you complete your exercise routine. The best form of rest is when you are able to get a good night’s sleep at night. This enables your muscles to repair and grow.
- Your exercise routine needs either to be charted or to have an exercise diary to know which parts of your body you have worked at training and to record the reps. Cardio workouts are vital to burn fat as without doing enough cardio it will not allow you to sculpt your muscles
With the combination of diet, cardio work outs along with a resistance training varied routine is the only way for the body to burn stored body fat and build muscle mass to give the desired look your after to build your body.
