Know the difference between healthy snacks vs unhealthy snacks? One of the best diet tips for weight loss is to watch out for your snacks more so than your actual meals. What happens often times is that you end up snacking and you forget how many of those “low calorie” crackers you had and it all adds up at the end of the day. If you find yourself getting hungry in between meals, try to have as much vegetables and fruits as you can. Also have nuts and seeds if you find yourself really hungry as it’s really good for fat burning and your metabolism.
Don’t fall for the trap of all those “low fat” snacks because they don’t fill you up at all and you’ll be going back for another packet. You eat one pack of those low fat crackers and you still end up hungry. Try to stick to fiber from fruits and veggies to keep you full and if you drink a lot of coffee try to cut out sugar little by little. Take things one step at a time so that you do not become overwhelmed.
