The most important thing when trying to cultivate motivation in your life for a healthy lifestyle is to choose to do something that you will adhere to. Exercise and diet adherence is the number one downfall of many failed weight loss attempts. So here are a few things you must say, “Yes!” to in order to see changes in your body and overall health.

You may love the gym; you may even use your membership 5 days a week. You may love the camaraderie of the classes, or you may just love the sense of accomplishment you get when piling into the car after a long-hard workout.

Or, you may hate having to climb in exercise machines in the middle of the facility next to the girl in the sports bra and spandex. No matter whom you are and what type of exercise environment you enjoy, you must create a space that will motivate you to move.
If you dread going to the gym, then cancel your membership, invest in some great outdoor running shoes and map a route in your neighborhood. Do you hate being cooped up in the house and need a class environment to get you going? Then consider joining a local class or outdoor boot camp that encourages group workouts without the hefty price tag of a monthly membership.
In a world that is becoming more and more fitness-minded, there are creative and innovative ways to make working out an extension of your current lifestyle. You just need to be creative and be able to narrow down what motivates you—and even more important what de-motivates you.

If you generate more oxygen to the brain, heart, and lungs, this will trigger a response in our system to wake up and refresh itself.
